Indian Navy invites applications for unmarried men to join the Indian navy as permanent commission officers in naval armament inspection cadre of executive branch Jan 2011 course.
Eligibility:
Age: 19 ½ to 25 years i.e. born between 02 Jan 1986 and 01 Jul 1991; both dates inclusive.
Educational Qualifications. Any of the following:
(a) BE/B Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical from an institution recognized by AICTE.
(b) Post-graduate Degree in Electronics/Physics from a recognized University.
Physical Standards
(a) Height and Weight. Minimum height - 157 cms with correlated weight.
(b) Eye Sight. The minimum acceptable vision standard for distant vision 6/60, 6/60 correctable to 6/6, 6/12 with glasses. Should not be colour/night blind.
